Double is a quick round game where everyone at the table shares the same spin. You pick T, CT, Bait or Volt, the reel stops on one of 15 tiles, and winning plays are paid at once. This guide covers the rules, the payouts, the Volt Spin and the Volt Pot, and the myths that cost players money.
The 15 tiles
| Symbol | Tiles | Chance per round | Pays |
|---|---|---|---|
| T | 7 of 15 | about 47% | 2x |
| CT | 7 of 15 | about 47% | 2x |
| Bait | 2 of 15 | about 13% | 7x, and its side pays 2x |
| Volt | 1 of 15 | about 7% | Volt Spin multiplier |
The two Bait tiles are chickens that belong to a side. The gold chicken counts as T and the silver one as CT. When the reel stops on the gold chicken, every T play wins 2x and every Bait play wins 7x.
How a round works
- A timer counts down. Enter an amount and click T, CT, Bait or Volt.
- You can play several symbols in the same round and add to a play as often as you like.
- At zero the reel spins and stops on one tile.
- Winning plays are paid. If the tile is Volt, a Volt Spin decides the multiplier first.
You can see the other plays at the table come in live, and everyone watches the same spin.
The Volt Spin
When the reel lands on Volt, a separate spin rolls a multiplier for every Volt play:
| Multiplier | Chance |
|---|---|
| 2x | 26% |
| 5x | 20% |
| 10x | 16% |
| 15x | 12% |
| 18x | 9% |
| 20x | 8% |
| 50x | 5% |
| 75x | 3% |
| 100x | 1% |

The Volt Pot
A share of every play at the table and of every deposit on the site goes into the Volt Pot. Three bolts under the pot track a streak: each Volt result lights one, any other result puts them all out. When Volt lands three rounds in a row, the third round becomes a 60 second Volt Pot spin. The whole pot is split between that round's Volt players by stake, on top of their multiplier. If nobody played Volt, it carries over.
Three Volts in a row is rare. With 1 Volt tile in 15, any three given rounds are all Volt about 1 time in 3,375. That is why the pot can grow large.
Myths that cost money
"CT is due after five Ts"
No. Every round is a fresh, independent result from a seed chain fixed in advance. The reel has no memory of what came before. Streaks happen in random results all the time, and they do not predict anything.
"Doubling after a loss always wins"
Doubling your play after every loss, often called martingale, looks safe until a long streak arrives. Then the play you need grows past your balance or your limits, and one more loss wipes out every small win before it. It does not change the odds of any round.
"Covering T and CT is free money"
Playing both sides means one of them usually wins, but you lose the other play, and on a Volt round both lose. Spreading plays changes how results feel. It does not make any round more likely to go your way.
"There is a Double strategy that beats the house"
There is not. Double is a game of chance. What you can control is how much you play, how long, and when you stop.
Auto play
Auto play repeats your plays each round. It is handy, but it is also the fastest way to play more than you meant. Set a deposit, loss or wager limit under Account, Responsible gaming before you use it.
How to check a Double round
Every round uses the next seed of a public chain that was fixed before the first round, together with a public client seed and the round number. The hash of each round's seed is shown before the round starts, and the seed is revealed after it. On the verify page, choose Double and enter the round seed, the client seed and the round number. The tile appears as you type. More in how to verify provably fair results.
Frequently asked questions
What are the odds in CS2 Double?
On CSVOLT, T and CT each cover 7 of the 15 tiles, Bait 2 and Volt 1. The Volt Spin multipliers and their chances are listed on the page.
Is there a working Double strategy?
No. Every round is independent and random. Betting systems change the size of your plays, not the odds.
What does Bait pay?
7x on a Bait play, and the Bait tile also pays its side 2x.
When does the Volt Pot pay?
When Volt lands three rounds in a row. The third Volt round shares the whole pot between its Volt players by stake.
Can I play T, CT and Volt in one round?
Yes. You can play several symbols in the same round.
18+ only. CSVOLT uses virtual coins and every round is random. Set limits in responsible gaming.
