How to deposit on CSVOLT

To deposit on CSVOLT, open the Wallet, choose Deposit, pick a method and an amount, and follow the steps for that method. Deposits run from $1 to $10,000 each, and 1 USD becomes 1.5 coins. Most deposits arrive within seconds to a few minutes. Before your first deposit, enter a referral code to get a bonus on it.

Before you deposit

1. Confirm your age and country. CSVOLT is for adults only, and some countries are restricted. See restricted countries.
2. Enter a referral code. If you have not yet, enter one in Wallet, Deposit, Referral code. The house code CSVOLT gives a 5% bonus on your next deposit and 3 free welcome cases. See promo code.
3. Set a deposit limit. Under Account, Responsible gaming you can cap deposits per day, week or month. It is easier to set it now than later.

The deposit methods

The cashier shows the methods available to you. A method that is not live yet shows as coming soon.

The maximum is $10,000 per deposit, and you can make more than one. Some crypto coins and networks have their own minimum, shown on the deposit screen.

Deposit with crypto

1. Open Wallet, Deposit and choose Crypto.
2. Pick the coin and the network, for example USDT on a specific network.
3. Copy the address shown, or scan the code.
4. Send the coin on that network only. The screen warns you: another coin or network sent to that address is lost.
5. Your coins are credited after the network confirms the transaction. That can take from seconds to around half an hour depending on the coin.

CSVOLT charges no fee on crypto deposits. The network fee you pay to the blockchain is separate.

Deposit with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay

1. Choose the method and enter an amount.
2. The checkout runs through a payment processor. Any processor fee is shown before you pay.
3. Coins arrive once the payment is confirmed.

Cards and more opens the same checkout with local methods where they are available in your country.

Deposit with a gift card

Gift card codes look like LV-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Open Wallet, Gift Cards and enter the code. A gift card counts as a deposit once redeemed. Check the account before you redeem a code: a code redeemed on the wrong account cannot be refunded.

Deposit with CS2 skins

1. Link your Steam account and add your Steam trade URL in Account, Settings.
2. Open Sell, pick Instant or P2P and choose the skins from your Steam inventory.
3. Complete the Steam trade. Coins are added once the trade goes through.

If a Steam trade is reversed after it was credited, the coins are taken back and redeems are held until it is settled. From the Platinum rank, skin deposits are instant.

Exchanges

Binance, Coinbase and other exchanges let you send funds from your exchange account. The cashier shows the steps for each. Make sure the coin and network match what the screen asks for.

After you deposit

• Track it. Account, Transactions lists every deposit with its status and id.
• Not arrived? Wait for network confirmations, then contact [email protected] with the transaction id.
• Playthrough. Deposits must be played once before you can redeem them, and bonus coins must be played through too. Wallet, Redeem shows your progress.
• Changed your mind? If you have not played with a deposit, you can ask for a refund to the original method within 30 days. Fees already paid are deducted. See the refund policy in the help centre.

Choosing a method

• Crypto has no CSVOLT fee and the lowest minimum. Pick the network carefully.
• Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are the most familiar. The processor may charge a fee, shown before you pay.
• Gift cards are handy if you buy a code from a reseller or receive one as a present.
• CS2 skins turn skins you no longer use into coins.
• Exchanges suit you if your funds already sit on Binance, Coinbase or another exchange.

Whatever you choose, deposits and redeems only go to payment methods and Steam accounts that belong to you.
