To redeem skins to Steam on CSVOLT, add your Steam trade URL, make sure your playthrough is done, then open Wallet, Redeem and choose CS2 Skins. Our staff review every redeem, usually within 24 hours, and the skins are sent to the trade URL on your account. Here is the full process and what can slow it down.
Step 1: set up Steam
- Link your Steam account in Account, Settings.
- Add your Steam trade URL in the same place. You find it in Steam under your inventory, Trade Offers, "Who can send me trade offers?".
- Check your Steam trade status. If your Steam account has a trade hold or a trade ban, Steam will not let the items through. Steam Guard needs to be active for trading.
Items always go to the trade URL saved on your account, so make sure it is yours and current.
Step 2: check your playthrough
Before any redeem, deposits must be played once and bonus value must be played through. Bonus value includes coins from codes, deposit bonuses, prizes and the value of free cases. Open Wallet, Redeem: if something is left to play, a bar shows how much. Every bet in every game counts.
Step 3: request the redeem
- Open Wallet, Redeem.
- Under Redemption Options choose CS2 Skins: Instant or P2P. Both are run by skin trading partners.
- Pick the skins you want and confirm.
- Your coins or items are held for the redeem while it is reviewed.
You can also redeem items you bought on the marketplace or won from cases and battles.
Redeeming several skins at once is fine as long as the total stays within the limit per request. For more than $5,000, split it into several requests. Each request is reviewed on its own, and you can follow its status in the wallet and in Account, Transactions.
Step 4: review and sending
- Our staff review every redeem, usually within 24 hours.
- Once approved, the partner sends a Steam trade offer to your trade URL.
- Accept the offer in Steam. Check that it comes from the trade you expect and that you receive the right items.
- If a payout fails, the coins or items are returned to your account.
Limits
| Rule | Value |
|---|---|
| Minimum redeem | $5 |
| Maximum per request | $5,000 |
| Larger amounts | Split over several requests |
| Identity check | Above $2,000 within 24 hours, and whenever our checks flag an account |
1 USD equals 1.5 coins. The current limits for your account are always shown in the wallet before you confirm. See Fees & Limits.
Redeeming to crypto instead
If you prefer crypto, choose Crypto under Alternative Options, pick the coin and network and enter your address. The address must be for that exact coin and network. A network fee is taken from the amount, and the screen shows what you receive. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed.
What can slow a redeem down
- Playthrough not done. The wallet shows what is left.
- Wrong or old trade URL. Update it before you redeem.
- Steam trade hold or ban. These are Steam rules and we cannot override them.
- Identity checks. Large amounts or flagged accounts need ID, uploaded in Account, Verify.
- A reversed deposit. If a Steam trade deposit was reversed, redeems are held until it is settled.
Stay safe while trading
- Only accept trade offers you expect, and check the items.
- Never share your Steam password, Steam Guard code or an API key.
- Ignore messages from "staff" asking you to send items first. Nobody from CSVOLT will ask for that.
Instant or P2P?
Both options send skins to your Steam account through a skin trading partner.
- Instant is the simpler route: the partner sends the skin from its own stock once your redeem is approved.
- P2P means the skin comes from another trader through the partner. Choice and timing can differ.
If one option does not have the skin you want, try the other. The wallet shows what each option offers before you confirm.
Before you redeem: a short checklist
- Trade URL saved and correct, Steam Guard on, no trade hold on your Steam account.
- Playthrough done: Wallet, Redeem shows no amount left to play.
- The skin, its wear and any StatTrak or Souvenir tag are what you expect.
- The amount is between $5 and $5,000 for this request.
- Your identity documents are ready if the amount or a check needs them.
