Is CSVOLT legit?

You should not trust a case site because it says so. This page sets out what CSVOLT does, what you can check yourself in a few minutes, and what we do not claim. Make up your own mind.

What CSVOLT is

CSVOLT is a CS2 case opening site that runs on virtual coins. 1 USD equals 1.5 coins. You can open cases, play case battles, Double and the Upgrader, buy skins on the marketplace and redeem skins or crypto. The site is operated by the company named in its footer. CS2 and Steam are trademarks of Valve, and CSVOLT is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Valve.

What you can check yourself

1. Every result, with provably fair

Before you play you see the hash of the server seed. After you rotate your seeds, or the round ends, the seed is revealed and you can recreate the result.

  1. Note the hashed server seed and your client seed under Account, Fairness.
  2. Play.
  3. Rotate your seed pair to reveal the previous server seed.
  4. Check that the revealed seed matches the hash you noted.
  5. Enter the seeds and the nonce on the verify page. The result must match what you got.

The full guide is on provably fair.

2. The drop chances of every case

Every case page lists every item with its value and its drop chance, out of 10,000,000 tickets. Click an item to see its ticket range. The result of an opening is a ticket inside those ranges.

3. Your own records

Account, Transactions lists your deposits, redeems and other money movements. Account, History lists your plays. Wallet, Redeem shows how much you still need to play before a redeem.

4. The rules, in writing

Fees, limits and timings are on the Fees & Limits page. The terms, privacy policy, AML & KYC policy and refund policy are in the help centre.

Account security

  • Two factor login with an authenticator app and backup codes, under Account, Security.
  • Active sessions you can review and revoke one by one.
  • Passwords are stored hashed, never in readable form.
  • Password reset by email.

Limits and responsible gaming tools

All of these are under Account, Responsible gaming:

  • Deposit, loss and wager limits per day, week or month. Lowering a limit works at once. Raising one waits 24 hours.
  • Cooling off for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
  • Self exclusion for 6 months, 1 year or permanently. A break or exclusion cannot be shortened, not even by support.
  • Reality check reminders of your session time and result.
  • The vault, to lock part of your balance for a time you choose.

See responsible gaming and self exclusion for the details.

Deposits and redeems

  • Deposits from $1 to $10,000 per deposit, by crypto, cards, gift cards, exchanges or CS2 skins where available.
  • Redeems from $5 to $5,000 per request, as CS2 skins to your Steam trade URL or as crypto.
  • Every redeem is reviewed by our staff, usually within 24 hours.
  • Deposits are played once and bonuses must be played through before a redeem.
  • Identity checks apply to redeems above $2,000 within 24 hours, and whenever our checks flag an account.

Support

Email [email protected] from the address on your account and include your username, or open the live support chat. Partnership questions go to [email protected].

Who can play

CSVOLT is for adults only: 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. You confirm your date of birth and country once. Some places are restricted, including the United States, the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, Australia, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Ontario in Canada, countries under international sanctions and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions occupied by Russia. The list can change. See restricted countries. Using a VPN to get around it leads to account closure.

What we do not claim

  • We do not show reviews, ratings, awards or user counts on this page.
  • We do not publish payout totals or "biggest win" figures as proof of anything.
  • We do not say you will win. Provably fair shows that a result was not changed. It does not make a game easier to win.
  • We do not present case opening as a way to earn money.

Frequently asked questions

Is CSVOLT a scam?

Judge by what you can check. Results are provably fair and verifiable, drop chances are on every case page, and the rules for fees, limits and redeems are published.

Can I verify a result without trusting CSVOLT?

Yes. Check the revealed server seed against the hash you saw before playing, then recreate the result from the seeds and the nonce.

How long do redeems take?

Our staff review every redeem, usually within 24 hours. Steam trade holds and blockchain delays come on top and are outside our control.

Is CSVOLT affiliated with Valve?

No. CS2 and Steam are trademarks of Valve Corporation. CSVOLT is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Valve.

What if I want to stop playing?

Take a cooling off break or self exclude under Account, Responsible gaming. You can still sign in and redeem your balance.

18+ only. CSVOLT uses virtual coins and every game is a game of chance. Only play with what you can afford to lose.
