Races and the Volt Drop, the full guide

CSVOLT runs three wager races at all times, daily, weekly and monthly, plus a Volt Drop every 15 minutes. Races pay coins to the top 10 and Sparks to the places just below. The Volt Drop splits a pool of Sparks between everyone who joins. This guide covers the prizes, the rules and the timing.

How a race works

Every coin you play during a race period counts as race wager. The leaderboard ranks players by it. When the period ends, the top places are paid. Bots never appear on a race board.

RaceStarts and endsPool at launch
Daily00:00 UTC every day1,000 coins
Weekly00:00 UTC every Monday5,000 coins
Monthly00:00 UTC on the 1st of each month20,000 coins

Pools and payout tables can change. A change only applies from the next period, so a running race keeps the pool it started with. The Events page always shows the live numbers.

Spark places

Below the top 10, more places pay Sparks:

RacePlacesSparks each
Daily11 to 2525
Weekly11 to 50100
Monthly11 to 50400

Spend them in the Spark Shop. See the ranks and rewards guide.

Minimum wager per place

Each place has a minimum race wager, shown as "Min. wager to place" on the board. If your race wager is below the minimum for your place, that place goes to the next player who reached it. A place that nobody reached stays unclaimed. So being in the top 10 is not always enough: you also need the minimum for that place.

Raceboost

The Raceboost costs 500 Sparks in the Spark Shop. For 30 minutes your race wagers count 25% extra. It only changes your position in the race, not the result of any game.

After a race

When a period ends, the board is settled and prizes are paid. Coin prizes are bonus coins and must be played through before a redeem. Past races are in the race history on the Events page.

The Volt Drop

Where the pool comes from

Every bet earns Sparks into your Spark Bank. On top of that, a share of those Sparks is added to the Volt Drop pool. You keep all of your own Sparks: the pool comes on top.

Timing

The drop opens every 15 minutes and stays open for 60 seconds. A card in the chat shows the countdown and the pool.

How to join

Press join on the Volt Drop card in the chat while the window is open. When it closes, the pool is split equally in Sparks between everyone who joined. If the pool is very small, that drop is skipped and the pool carries over to the next one.

Who can join

  • A verified email or a deposit.
  • The Bronze rank or higher.
  • At least 10 coins played in the last 7 days.
  • One entry per device and network per drop.

Keep it fun

Races reward play, so they can push you to play more than you planned. Decide your budget first and treat a race place as a bonus, never as a goal. Set limits under Account, Responsible gaming before a long session.

Race tips, said honestly

  • There is no trick to winning a race. The board ranks how much people play.
  • A race place is a bonus on top of play you were going to do anyway. Do not play more to reach one.
  • Check the minimum wager for the place you are aiming at before you count on it.
  • Ties on the board are ordered by who got there first.
